Choice Holdings is the single-family office of the founder of Rely Home, the second-largest home warranty company in the United States.
The family began investing in real estate in 2014 and in consumer brands in 2019. There are no outside investors, so there is no fund to raise and no deadline to sell.
We can hold an investment for as long as it makes sense, and we don’t answer to a fund term.
The family took Choice Home Warranty from a startup to a national company. That shapes how we look at every deal.
The team is small. The person you meet with is the person who decides.
We don’t publicize our deals, and we keep conversations confidential.
