Our approach
We buy property that serves everyday needs: the grocery store, the apartment near campus or the train, the doctor’s office.
Most of the portfolio is held as co-investments with operators who know their markets well. The rest the family owns directly, including net-lease retail and rental housing.
It is our own capital, so we can be flexible on structure and timing, and we rarely sell.
